Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 92055 40736 at least 7 days before your renewal date.
Refund policy: If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of a new plan, you may request a full refund. No refunds are issued after 14 days or for renewal periods already billed.
All website designs, code, and content created by Owncom for your website remain your property upon full payment. Owncom retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Owncom's liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Owncom in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
